In 1974, Pierre Chapo took advantage of the launch of his beam tables to release the second series of stools. A true technical feat, the S31 plays with the assembly of its three legs one after the other, achieving both strength and stability in the base, which supports the full weight of a person on a small seat surface. The technical challenge naturally also serves the aesthetic of the stool.
Round seat, feet in beam, three heights well chosen for: the usual table, the work plan, the drawing.
