History

In 1971, Pierre Chapo capitalized on the launch of his converging-lines tables to produce the second series of stools. The S 31 plays on the assembly of three converging legs and manages to achieve a solid, stable base that takes the full weight of a person on a small seat surface. The technical challenge adds to the stool’s aesthetic appeal.
